    Jessica Cenidoza is a registered nurse (RN), licensed massage therapist (LMT), wife and mother of five.  Her husband, Dan Cenidoza, is a personal trainer, professional performing strongman and owner of Baltimore Kettlebell Club. Together with over 30 years combined strength training and kettlebells experience, they have put their minds together to come up with the best, most effective exercises for pregnancy and postpartum.
